If SCOTUS ultimately rule that the IA allows CPCs to lie/hurt women, that is on GOP/SCOTUS. Not Democrats.

Same nonsense was said about Dobbs, although several others were cases following in the legal pipeline .... And TX's 6 week law came into effect before RvW was overturned.
