It's difficult to overstate the influence Recettear's surprise hit of a digital English release was in terms of getting the Japanese games industry to turn their heads towards PC as a viable release platform.

We all owe a lot to Andrew and his work and I'm so sad to hear this.

Absolutely devastated by this news. SpaceDrake was no doubt a huge influence in drumming up interest for Japanese indie games localized into English and pushing for them on digital distribution storefronts like steam. Huge loss. Might be time for another playthrough of Recettear in his honour.

Very curious to see more of the loc for Kiwami 3 - it wasn't that long ago that the old team and I revamped the script for Y3 Remastered, but I guess some changes are inevitable for voice recording, new lines, etc.

Confident the folks at Sega treated it with the care that story deserves though!

I have an idea for a Seinfeld episode. The episode will be about how Kramer gets sick and his nose gets stuffy and he finds out he can whistle a tune through his stuffy nose. He tries to show Jerry and George this but he can’t get his nose to whistle while they’re in the room
