I am not kidding I got a chicken tamale and cut it open and inside was a solid hunk of unseasoned boiled breast, a whole I think poblano pepper, and a giant hunk of carrot like the same size as the chicken. The menu did not say pepper or carrot. DEEP betrayal. The pupusas fuck tho so it’s w/e

The Scions are such a mess in ARR because Minfilia, Thancred, Alphinaud, Urianger, and Papalymo are all like "I, personally, have to be the next Louisoix" and no one is disabusing any of them of the notion.

If you stopped masking bc you couldn’t find one that fits well, there are a LOT more options now than in 2020, and a lot of major cities have mask blocs you can reach out to who will be happy to help you find the right style!!!

LRP if you have the ability to mask in public spaces and aren’t because you don’t want to I do think that makes you a worse person and I would not hang out with you IRL bc you would be an active danger to my and my partner’s health. If that makes you feel bad/guilty I recommend masking up!

normalizing mask wearing makes criminalization, from this kind of surveillance to mask bans, way harder. you wearing a respirator to the grocery store, on transit, in healthcare is a practice of solidarity with the most marginalized in your community on more than one level.

A problem with most people thinking COVID-19 is no longer a threat is that I just had a weird loss prevention dude follow me around a grocery store (occasionally coughing) because he could not fathom that anyone wearing a face mask (despite me also using a cane)- wasn't nefarious. We're in a surge.

A gpose of my OCs Calamari Carnevale (Duskwight M Elezen, pink and blue hair tied into pigtails, clown themed makeup, pink and blue eyes with dark blue sclera) and Ywain Sauveterre (Wildwood M Elezen, blue hair, dark makeup, blue and peach eyes).
The duo are posed in front of a holographic draped background with Ywain sitting grumpily with his arms folded while Calamari stands over him.
Calamari has opened up the front of their torso (like simply unzipping or opening a jacket) to allow a large set of teeth, tongues and dozens of black and pink tentacles to slither out of the exposed hole, wrapping themselves around Ywain and covering him in glistening pink saliva — much to Ywain's annoyance — while leering playfully at the camera with their long purple tongue hanging out.
The image is to show the duo's pact as reaper and voidsent, one forged out of convenience only due to Ywain finding Calamari's garish nature and jester mannerisms highly irritating.
