Y hay un escepticismo sano ahí, porque no todos los "former Nazis" han dejado de ser nazis. En general, y muy particularmente con este tipo.

Sí. Pero hablo de gente explícitamente diciendo que defender a "former Nazis" está mal.
Que por eso me irrita más. Habiendo preocupaciones legítimas sobre él, deciden inhabilitarlo como persona por haber sido nazi en un punto, generalizando al resto y negando posibilidad de reinserción.

El punitivismo estadounidense lo impregna todo. Hoy he visto gente progresista de allí criticar a alguien por ser un ex-nazi (¿?) y a otra persona por intentar que sus compañeros sean mejores personas, en lugar de cortar el contacto.
