I don't know if this is a widespread fact to non italians but please add a generous amount of parmesan along with your herbs and spices etc when you make mince based things like burgers or meatballs. for me

I understand more why resetti was taken out of animal crossing bc automatic saving, scary man yelling at you (a kid, really), it's 2025— yes. mhm
BUT. I still do miss the "mean" interactions with villagers. I think it was totally an opportunity for kids (ME) to learn that not everyone will like you
