Willow Springs has got to be the single most-desired stop that Metra does not currently service on weekends! Desirable for hikers & mountain bikers going to Palos, and people that want a connection to the I & M trail, which you can take to Joliet or all the way to Starved Rock!

I can literally feel the stress in my abdomen/torso. The cortisol is working overtime.
Layoffs have started today at work. So far I've lost two direct co-workers (one being my boss) and two others were associates I've worked with in the past. We were told this was coming. We didn't know exactly when or who. Not enough anxiety meds in the world for me today.

It’s Thanksgiving-eve in Chicago and it’s snowing with cold settling in for at least a week — likely longer. In a few days Chicago’s sidewalks will be a mix of snow, ice, and slush. This will make it hard for anyone to get around, it’ll be nearly impossible for disabled people, seniors, and others.
