Ich erzähle Leuten, die sich wundern, dass ich ein zerstörtes Immunsystem habe (tatsächlich wahr – danke mecfs) und sehr leicht krank werde. Bisher hat jeder diese Erklärung höflich akzeptiert.

(Stellen Sie sich vor, die Leute hätten echte Gründe, Masken zu tragen ;-) )

Die Grafik zeigt ab 2024 auf linearer Skala oben die Fallmeldungen (nach Berichts- und Meldedatum) und die Inzidenz nach den Abwasserdaten (normalisiert mit 5-Wochen-Mittel und nicht normalisiert mitLOESS-Glättung).
Unten stehen die R-Werte der Fälle (FT-korrigiert) und der Viruslast im Abwasser (beide Versionen).

Diese Grafik zeigt exakt dieselben Daten wie die erste, nur in logarithmischer Skalierung.

Das hat den Vorteil, dass die prozentual gleiche Veränderungen gleich dargestellt werden und ein exponentieller Anstieg oder Rückgang als gerade Linie deutlich sichtbar wird (z.B. der Rückgang im Frühjahr '24 oder der Anstieg der letzten Monate).
Zudem kann man Daten mit sehr großen Schwankungen (hier etwa die Fallmeldungen mit Unterschieden um den Faktor 50) in einer Grafik darstellen, ohne dass man bei den niedrigen Zahlen die Entwicklung kaum noch sehen kann.

Jag har arbetst med både tysk ocj fransks företag. Skillnaden är att de franska cheferna har ett mycket större ego och möjligheten att kompromissa sker först efter mycket högljutt drama.

Tyskarna är öppna för motsägelser, bara det är vetenskapligt underlagt.

Just looking around at fall colors in Sentinel 2 images, wishing I was there in both places. Northern hardwoods on drumlins near Argonne, Wisconsin (left), 10-9-2025. Aspen on the lower slopes of the westernmost San Juan Mountains, Colorado (right, Lone Cone on the west side), 10-5-2025.

Been consumed with other things lately and not making enough maps. But had a fresh look at the Baltic and came up with this take with an old style. Labeling needs work, but feels more dynamic than the traditional view.
