There's suddenly a billion professional political cartoonists of various images with similar themes flooding my feed these days. Definitely seems like some weird bot activity.

If you’re looking for something to do, start working on overturning citizens united in your state. States control the power corporations have. Take their political power away with a ballot initiative. Here’s how: open.substack.com/pub/robertre...
How to Get Rid of "Citizens United"
We can do away with it without a new Supreme Court. Nor do we need a constitutional amendment. There’s a far simpler way.

Been practicing making Macarons so I could make some for a D&D Potluck tomorrow. It stings that when making two batches tonight for it, out of the practice it's the first one that's nearly inedible. Too tired to make the buttercream... Cats have been neglected just watching me the whole time.

RPG tip from the archive: That feeling you have that you're not ready for your game and they're all going to laugh at you? We all feel that way and it's still bullshit. Carry on.

Finding out the song I've listened to most this year is a cover of a Kimigure Orange Road opening that I've been obsessed with. My attitude towards music is not getting more obscure that's too strong a word. More like just to the Nostalgia I didn't put the effort into discovering in my youth.

Honestly amazing choice. Need to get Windows off my PC all together so I feel comfortable using it again.
Recent releases have left me feeling a bit tired, and I wanted to start something a bit different tonight, so I loaded up American McGee's Alice.

The first few levels have already convinced me this is something worth sticking with, and that id Tech 3 charm is just 😘👌

Beautiful game so far.

I feel real bad for Grasshopper Manufacture. There's the Lollipop Chainsaw remake whose developer says there'll be "no DEI" in the game. Then there's the Let it Die sequel that's jammed up with AI. They have nothing to do with/no input on either game. This is what happens when you don't own your IP!

Was Stella Deus a good SRPG? I loved the art style, and the sound track has some good ones but I don't actually know anyone who has played through the entire game.

So many PS2 games that I think about going back to instead of new games these days.

Ever played Dark Half for SNES? Or even heard of it?

It's an underrated, moody RPG where you play as both the chosen hero and the demon destroying the world. Was never released outside of Japan, but an English fan translation is available thanks to Aeon Genesis & Eien Ni Hen.

Attempt 2 at High Altitude Macarons (Using this recipe: curlygirlkitchen.com/vanilla-bean...) much better than Attempt 1. I don't think I'd thought about how much air you actually want to knock out of the mixture to get to the Lava texture but it made a huge difference.

These classic vanilla bean French macarons are crisp on the outside, chewy inside, and filled with fluffy dark chocolate buttercream.

I think in spite of my hatred for how AI is being pushed & handled I'm going to have to learn to use it. No doubt QA is going to benefit a great deal from it especially for smaller companies. No one's job is being sacrificed for it at the very least.

Had a fun "Do your worst" PVP moment in our Crooked Moon campaign with my Threadbare Sorcerer who is like a 2 1/2 doll with -2 to Con throwing out spells for fear effects against our Paladin. Another player drew this great drawing of the moment. I actually don't know if AI was used for this.
