'FuncoLand' is out NOW!

It's 2002. I'm 17.

In this 'Memories' episode, I take you back with me as I revisit those days, but also the experiences that'll stay with me for the rest of my life.

If you've ever caught yourself looking back fondlyβ€”This one's for you.

Look, if you had told any SEGA or Nintendo kid in the 90s that this would happen someday, their heads would have exploded on the playground.

For those who were around to see it happen, I know you get it.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City officially released 23 years ago, October 29, 2002.

This is my personal favorite game in the franchise. It took everything that made GTA3 amazing and expanded on it, threw it all back to a Miami Vice style 80s, and had one of the BEST licensed soundtracks EVER.
We gotta get you on Dino Crisis! 😎
Do you happen to do analog stick replacements with steel sticks?
Say something nice about the Atari Jaguar.
San Andreas is probably the overall better game, and I do love the 90s California vibe in it, but Vice City is just a flat-out vibe for me. I love everything about it.

It absolutely was, the overall Nintendo vs SEGA thing in general has yet to be matched. They went at each other so hard back then lol.
Yea, and it's a huge deal too. But idk, this one was like Rome falling for me lol.

This is the first time I've seen his mask in any marketing, but it looks SO GOOD!
Oh I can't take credit, just a meme I've had for ages I finally decided to share lol.
Oh yea. It's 25 years old now if you can believe it!
Opinions are not facts. Hope this helps. πŸ‘
Absolutely, this is just campaign actually!
Honestly, yea. MCC is a great package overall.
Yep. Bummed about the MP not being there, but I will play the hell out of the campaign!
Are you inferring that if someone enjoys video games that they don't go outside?

Because that would be silly.
I'd be very surprised if it didn't, I think the co-op would be pretty successful if they did!
I do think a lot of that reaction is overblown, personally. Fandoms are gonna complain about every little thing. I will wait until the game actually comes out and try it for myself to judge it. I've played HALO enough to know pretty quickly if it'll be worthwhile.
I honestly think if fans will stop complaining so much and just give this remake a chance to actually come out and try it, we might actually get a resurgence for HALO. I hope for that, and I can't wait to try it for myself.
