look, I'm not one for autism is a superpower or whatever. but

when most of the world is all too happy to "not rock the boat" while the boat is going over a cliff,

I think we should prioritise, lift up and celebrate voices that are both willing to see the world AS IT IS and SPEAK UP about it.

the fact that so many people frame autism as “a problem that needs to be solved” is a constant reminder that being “not normal” isn’t acceptable to a large amount of the world. it’s the same reason there’s a trans panic right now too. they think people are defective

I'm kinda glad the Tigers lost. I grew up a Tigers fan. We went to games at the old Tiger's stadium frequently.

But now, due to politics and being Canadian, I feel like I need to support the hated and mocked Blue Jays. It would have gutted me to root against the Tigers.
