There are many bad faith contrarians among media and fans. But a lot of the criticism towards the UFC and certain MMA fighters is deserved. Look at how many act like bigots or spew really dumb takes and not think it's a problem. Y'know?

Asking "Do those who cover MMA (UFC) even like the sport and fighters anymore?" without noting how toxic the landscape has gotten is a bit disingenuous. Trust me I think this as well towards some in the media. But blind positivity isn't healthy either.
