Nineteen Little Stab Wounds is a chapbook of microfiction and flash by Alexis Dubon, sold to raise money in support of crucial organizations. So far it has contributed hundreds of dollars for different causes since its debut in 2023. This Thanksgiving week, all sales will be donated to Transgender Law Center. There are 30 paperback copies available at $10 each, shipping included, as well as an ebook for $5. Every penny of every sale will go directly to Transgender Law Center. In addition to that, Alexis will match every dollar raised to put toward the total amount contributed. This fundraiser will last from November 26-November 30. As we are all aware, the rights, safety, autonomy, and access to necessary medical care of real human beings have all come under threat as many in power fight for the criminalization of trans existence. But we are fighting too, and we won’t ever stop. Transgender Law Care is the largest national trans-led organization, assisting with employment, prison conditions, education, immigration, and healthcare, among other successful efforts to protect and advance the rights of gender nonconforming people across the country. The Night Ship is fishing up some happy netgalley reviews. Someone called it fun, and Publisher's Weekly called it an "unsettling and immersive sci-fi thriller", and that is everything I wanted.
