In 'meinen' hist. Augsburger Zeitungen bis 1885 sind Abtreibungsprozesse eine Seltenheit. Kindsmordprozesse 3-8x/Jahr, uneheliche Kinder ⅓-⅔ aller Geborenen. Extrem hohe Dunkelziffer für alle 3 Fälle. Oft auch Priester in Erstere involviert bis Todesstrafe für sie, weil sie Frauen helfen wollten.

Just got approved for a certification course to become a Diversity Coach with modules in mediation and agile. I’ll keep y’all updated on how it goes and what info can be applied to the performing arts!

When it comes to conducting, men just don’t have the emotional intelligence and presence it takes to be respected by an orchestra. They really should stick to areas where they can apply their strengths. Children’s choirs, for example, might respond better to tantrums. #womeninmalefields

Male hair is special and requires special tools. It takes extra care and time to manage all their concerns like balding etc., so good thing they pay 20% more than women for the same haircuts. #womeninmalefields
