October 19th 1985 marks the day when the NES was officially released!

Happy belated 40th birthday to my 1st video game console!

Here, we can see the new wiring connected to a custom made A/V port! Photo #3 (out of 3) of the inside of my NES with an "RGB" mod! Here, we can see the new custom made A/V port (that normally doesn't exist) on the backside of my console! This makes me able to use HDretrovision component cables and also Insurrection Industries s-video cables alike for a much better video quality... instead of being stuck with RF or composite only. This also gives better audio, as the stock NES doesn't even have stereo sound (only mono) which I only realized when I started streaming in 2018! Here's a "out of date" (2023) photo of the Nintendo side of my video game collection, including NES stuff. I need to take new photos, as I have more now (plus a better camera). Also, cameo of my mom's cat Harley Gustaffson (or "Gus" for short).

#COTD Candy gained her name from being so super sweet when she first arrived in 2011! She still holds up to the name— all Candy wants is lots of cuddles and being pet. She always takes an opportunity to hop in your lap if you sit down

#COTD Luke is a FIV+ kitty. He loves to go for walks in the lobby & be cuddled up in someone's lap! His fav beds are cave beds. He also is very talkative and chirps with excitement when people come to see him!
