I've heard that reducing #OxidativeStress helps some people with their OCD, so anti-oxidant supplements, anti-inflammatory diet, that kind of thing.
But I guess you probably know this already, apologies if you get lots of these kind of suggestions.

Interesting.

I don't really watch much TV nowadays, but I have noticed that sometimes I'll start watching something and only last a minute or so once I realise the camera is switching from person to person as they speak, I hate it. Now I know - single camera.

I guess I grew up with 80s TV 🤷

I once had a book on "Ideas of 50 economists" or something like that. It gave a brief (couple/few pages) outline of the main idea(s) of different economists. As a layman it was a great way to learn a little about lots of different approaches.
