Incredibly well put.
THREAD: I think Metroid Prime 4's story/progression suffered major cuts and changes before launch.
The more I think about it, the more some things straight up don't make sense, or seem left out/changed at the last minute to get the game through the gate.

Prime 4's story has made me sad. Deflated. Underwhelmed.
It's weightless and meaningless and it makes the game worth less as a result.
The game would be way better if Sylux wasn't involved at all. It feels like a lot of his story was cut.
