I’m so curious about how profitable Dropout is. On its face, it’s a standalone subscription service that doesn’t have a lot of shows, but it has a lot of dedicated fans and good social media presence and the shows seem to punch above their weight given what they look like they cost to shoot

I finished dispatch, and I think my takeaway is that it shows why ai voice acting is a dead end, because I don’t think this script and this story with this tone becomes the “fall adventure game hit” and “second coming of Telltale” without really solid, likeable voice acting.
