Good to know. I remember when she was first elected and seemed so cool and then said some anti Israel stuff that she later admitted she was ignorant regarding. she was wishy washy since then.

I criticize Israel, don’t like Netanyahu, feel sick to my stomach seeing google earth images showing horrific and extensive damage to Gaza, esp northern Gaza. The scope is astounding. that’s not the same as calling for a genocide of Israelis or Jews world wide which is common among the far left now.

The USA is stolen land as is Canada, Australia, central and South America. Europe colonized most of the world and stole wealth and natural resources the world over. The west forced opium on China via war. Comparing jewish refugees from the Holocaust to those is historically false and wrong.

Tangent but relatedly as a person who faced a lot of Christian antisemitism growing up, including death threats and an immediate family member who was beaten up daily by an antisemitic a hole, I see a lot of hypocracy among those of us living in stolen land (USA etc) and in former world colonizers

I know some of what we see or much of it is probably bot and troll and disinformation posts but the lack of response to speak up for Jews is glaringly obvious. The number of people on the far left who think are fine with 10/7 disgusts me. Those are real Issues. I’m still super liberal but concerned

What I feel is that far too many here tolerate super antisemitic posts and say nothing and the message Jewish people take from this is either agreement or lack of concern. These are often literal death threats or posts showing they think Jewish victims of violence worldwide deserved to die.

The response I see too often here nowadays to violent anti Semitic attacks around the world is ‘well, stop killing Gazans’ or ‘what about the (some large number) of dead Palestinian. why dont they matter?’ casting blame not only in Isrsel but all Jews worldwide. It‘s here and it’s obvious.

I don’t understand why you felt personally offended. I’m also very liberal and a Zionist. I clearly see that far too many in the far left are not just anti Zionist but anti Semitic. if you see antisemitic posts and a Jewish person getting attacked and you speak up Im sure it is greatly appreciated.

I use a redi mask over my nose. It’s is a n95 that sticks to your face. I cover it with an aura n95 and take the aura off for the dental work. I have to consciously think about only breathing through my mouth the whole time and it’s hard. I also bring a Nukit torch filtered far uv set and or hepa

Oh? I think not masking stems from lack of knowledge the risks of long covid and lack of concern for others. At the start of the pandemic I’m guessing you might have been concerned or scared and that maybe you masked. high risk people remain high risk but now that you aren’t scared you don’t care

Please mask when in medical facilities. High risk people are getting preventable COVID and other infections and getting very sick and even dying from infections caught at necessary medical appointments

people should all be masked when in medical facilities. those at high risk should have to die of preventable infection while getting needed medical care. High risk can mask when under anesthesia but most of us can’t get our doctors to mask around us!

You are essentially saying that masking/covid prevention is an unfair/difficult burden - so let us leave it to the sickest, most vulnerable and at risk among us to bear alone, making it therefore more difficult again. These people seem ignorant of the fact that not everyone gets treated the same way when stopped by police. The same actions by a black man could easily lead to the driver being hurt or killed. It’s this entitled arrogance that bugs me. The lack of realization of white privilege in that situation.

It bugs me when I see videos of smart as$ acting mostly white young and middle aged men talking rudely to police officers in traffic stops and thinking their knowledge of USA law was what allowed them to tell off a police officer and yet get to drive away, sometimes even with an apology because…

Except those protestors who waved the Hamas flag or followed along with those who did and who chanted from the river to the sea and for globalizing the intifada. the first is a call for the violent destruction of Israel and the second is a call for violence against Jews worldwide.
