I'm not even gonna get into my ongoing feelings of not being a good enough artist compared to other artists who've made more meaningful work in less time than me. I can't let the existential dread kill me.

I'm in the eternal battle not fall into the "I suck" trap when it comes to writing and editing various scripts and drafts ideas together as a narrative. Gotta remember that it's unfair for me to compare my lack of experience with writers who've been writing as long as I've been drawing.

I focused first on human designs at the start. Later, I decided to study drawing animal more to vary up my skills and I started having more fun designing and learning about animals. I could stand to catch that bug drawing buildings, but it always feels miserable drawing architecture.

Portland's inflatable animal protesters are doing what some furries have been doing for years.

I've been suiting at many protests this year and for No Kings Oct 18 I'm bike marshalling. Don't risk suit damage but some of these tell you the risk levels before you go.

Revisiting this design for a cat lad, who I'll name, Nail. The initial marker sketch was to demonstrate cats in the world of Blackmask, wielding long extended claws instead of traditional swords. The later pencil sketches started exploring this design as his own character more.
