Kids won’t believe it when you tell them: people used to have different opinions, but still be friends. Our politicians had professionalism and decorum. Dictatorship and authoritarianism was a bad thing. A politician’s career would be over if they staged a coup or were tangled with a sex trafficker.

Trump is an adjudicated rapist. He is a felon. He is the known close friend of Jeffrey Epstein. They were abusing children and comparing notes, they weren’t just talking finance. We are a broken democracy, allowing a man of his (lack of) character in our politics. Vile. Shame on us.
