had a family photoshoot today and my hair cooperated AND my body bodied… wow
just came home from packing a few hundred sanitary kits for the unhoused and i have some thoughts:

1. DONT donate them deodorants with no aluminum, are you nuts?
2. donating a 5+ pack of toothbrushes is a kind gesture. but we can't split them up (big packs are too big for the kits). buy singles.
i can even get with falafel! the taste and texture is a hell no to me
i fucking hate beans so much but learning to like chickpeas seems like a good gateway since they're so neutral and versatile. but that texture... hell
i'm on a journey to try and like chickpeas and today i roasted them in olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and cumin.

incredible concept, still hate them

decision paralysis whoops my ass daily and ive been struggling so hard to get in touch with my intuition.

time for bottomless mimosas 🥂
people have left their entire lives behind and loved to a place they didn’t speak the language FOREVER. i just want to live somewhere i’m not constantly worries about the food supply
THIS WAS SO HELPFUL! you know i know i want to leave the country ASAP. i wanted to go to a spanish speaking country bc i want to focus on getting fluent, but ifi move elsewhere i’d probably give up on esp for a bit while i focused on the local lang.
my whole tl ball sport and i HATE that. idgaf bro
i gotta get back on here
i was nervous about how i would order food (bc i’d want to try everything) and thought about how people who dont speak english come/move to america all the time.
i was just thinking more about moving to korea today…
ppl move to countries where they arent fluent in the language al the time but it still makes me so anxious? i’d make an effort to learn the language ofc but what if i get sick??? how do you make friends? navigate public transit?? legal docs? im shaking in my boots

“And it’s not over: Figures from October 2024 showed at least 1000 people died from COVID-19 each week, 75% of them in the US, & that’s relying only on data from the 34 countries that still report deaths to the WHO.” Incredible that the US is still leading the world in COVID deaths.
