I used to be an author until I got sick. Now I’m learning how to paint and sing. Love art, puppies and acts of kindness. Looking for the goodness that resides in most of us. No crypto, no porn, no DMs

456,365 #ForeverCanadian signatures (plus few dozen last minute arrivals). I’m told it’s the biggest petition in Canada’s history.

None of this would happen if not for thousands of volunteers and your love for Canada.🇨🇦

Thank you! This is Alberta’s and Canada’s victory.

The tomb of Sir Edmund Goldyng and his wife Elizabeth Fleming (I bet it was his idea), in the grounds of St. Peter's Church, Drogheda.

This effigy dates from the 16th century. It is known as a ‘cadaver tomb’ and depicts the decomposing bodies in their burial shrouds.

A pregnant woman was shocked to realize her sonogram resembled her dog's face. Inês Egner went in for her 20-week anatomy scan and left with a photo that looked exactly like her dog, Goulash. She said, "In truth, we do like to jokingly refer to the dog as our son." 14/10 (TT: inesverse)

#ReliefWednesday!
A Roman marble relief of a warship. Found in the necropolis of Praeneste (Latium), late 1st century BC.
The relief presumably belonged to the tomb of a Roman veteran who had served on Octavian’s side at the Battle of Actium in 31 BC.

Today storm can 100% stand on his own.

He is still building back up but just look at the little kiss and tail wag at the end. He knows he’s safe now ❤️

During the Spanish Flu epidemic, her husband and most of her children died.
But she took that trauma and turned it into helping others as a nurse in Labrador.
