I am of the opinion that you shouldn't wear team colors if you are covering a given team as a media member, even if your outlet exclusively covers that team.

Looks like Marta Suárez is wearing some hand-painted shoes.
Her teammate at Cal last season, Jayda Noble, was better-known for it, and did more of it for other people, but Suárez also painted shoes for herself during her time as a Bear.

I haven't done it since college but I volunteer.
I could rant about this all day, but it’s only gonna get worse as they continue laying off production people and cutting the corners thinner. Not joking when I say someone is gonna try AI play by play within the next couple years and they’ll probably try to foist it on women’s sports first.
The women’s basketball play by play and analyst crisis must be addressed. This sport deserves more competent and qualified talent. Not folks they just throw in to fill the gaps.

West Virginia lost its entire bench in a scuffle going into halftime down 3 against No. 15 Duke.
Played the whole 2nd half with 5 players in a ballroom and got the first win for an unranked team over a ranked team this #NCAAWBB season.
Top-25 teams are now 67-1 against the unranked. Sports!

Duke's players had the discipline to not take a single step away from the bench during the scuffle, but not enough discipline to take smart shots for any decent-sized stretch of the second half.

Still thinking this. Feels yucky.
Apparently no stats monitor, plus internet issues. And they're playing 8 men's games there over the next 10 days.
Also it's women's>mid-major men's>high-major men's.
I don't love how it sort of feels like they're doing it in that order so everything is hunky-dory by the HM men's ones.

Currently using the ESPN footage to review the end-of-half skirmish at the Greenbrier. Which makes sense, as it appears the possession arrow is literally a piece of paper.
