Alberta is not listed among provinces that have committed to not clawing back the new Canada Disability Benefit.

If not exempt, provincial benefits would be reduced dollar-for-dollar, leaving Alberta recipients no better off.

Very telling the UCP chose to “consult” about AISH changes only with service providers and organizations they control like the Premier’s Council on the Status of Persons with disabilities. It is a pattern.

UCP failed to consult actual people with disabilities and AISH recipients.
