I got really inspired by Kate Winslet's character in The Holiday when she said she should be the main character of her own life, and so I fiiiiinally told my mom the thing I had to tell her. (And of course everything's fine, I had no reason to be nervous.)

Jerry is the best. This is lovely. They did such an excellent job filling out his character as the seasons progressed. Jerry really fucking ruled and was a real ass kind and insightful guy and it never felt out of place that he was married to Christie Brinkley
