Also prioritise money. You can finish the first ante with no jokers. Try to not dip below 25 bucks. Money jokers and tarot cards help immensely at that stage.

Yeah, I noticed that focusing your run around more common/easier hands tends to get you further and there also seem to be more viable jokers around pairs
