Congress is playing politics with people's lives. These are the very people that Congress supposedly works for. Tell your Congresspersons to stop playing games and extend the damn ACA tax credits

Those Obamacare Subsidies Aren’t Going to Extend Themselves
Unfortunately, lawmakers probably won’t end up extending them, either.

I hope someone draws this wonderful story about Tom Stoppard's Arcadia and the power of the arts to help us see things differently, to the attention of our Education Secretary. Do read it, it will lift your spirits.

The president is falling asleep durring a White House cabinet meeting with each member praising him for his resilience. What are we doing America? This is so embarrassing.

Trump divided the country, extorted Zelenskyy, tried to steal an election, incited an insurrection, stole confidential documents and banged a porn star. That’s his legacy. He knows he’s incapable of achieving anything good. He’s hoping his ballroom will remind people of him.

I am begging one, JUST ONE, congressional reporter to follow up with Mike Johnson by asking, "What are the American people to make of a Speaker of the House who tells us daily that he's not aware of what's happening on Capitol Hill and the White House?"

I really don’t understand why we have to prove, over and over again, that giving people money helps them get off the streets. Why can’t we make this a policy everywhere? (If you’re going to say $$, I’d say tax the wealthy)
An Oregon pilot program giving cash to homeless youths sees a staggering reduction in homelessness. The program gave participants $1,000 cash payments each month for two years, and at the end of the project's first phase, 91% of participants reported being in stable housing.

Agree. Are they even Republicans anymore?!?!
Apparently there's a bill being introduced into the Senate that would disallow Americans to hold dual citizenship elsewhere. Republicans are a cancer and their ideology needs to be mentally eradicated.

Tonight, we did something everyone counted out. We proved to a nation that states like Tennessee are still worth fighting for. The margin was close, and that can only be attributed to the thousands of volunteers who showed out. This is just the beginning.
