One of my Latino coworkers got stopped by ICE today. She was born/raised in Detroit.
She gave them her license, they asked for her birth certificate! She said I don’t carry it.
They said she should now carry it, which is bullshit.
You can’t get a license unless you are a citizen/here legally.
