I don’t know Rob Reiner. But he made some of my favorite movies. And this is sad news on a sad weekend. So I will keep a prayer in my heart for those who did know him and love him and tell him thank you for the gifts you gave us all.

Via @ramonaespn.bsky.social: Sources told ESPN that the league has been proposed a 21-day extension. Two sides are still discussing length of the extension, which expires at midnight tonight.
A statement provided by the WNBPA to ESPN:

“We have proposed a six-week extension. We expect substantive movement from the league within this window.”

Thoughts…
1) The @wnba should have figured out a way to get its expansion teams to the top of the draft. We are going to find out that what GSV accomplished this season is exception not the rule.
2) Sophie Cunningham is wrong.
3) Revenue share is absolutely a hill for the players to die on.

The third quarter has not been the prettiest for either team but Golden State still leads Indiana, 50-43 with 3:17 remaining in the quarter. After make nine of their first 10 threes, the Valkyries have missed their last five.
