I still dabble in hack every now and then (like Umamusume) but I’m careful to stay f2p and pay attention to when it becomes routine and stops being fun. I 100% agree that friends and the community are the best part of any gacha game

But eventually I realized I was only really doing dailies and never touching the game outside of that and came to the conclusion I wasn’t having any fun. So I stopped. But despite the lack of fun I had at the end and the amount of money I wasted I still think back fondly on it

I’ve been a bit of a gacha junkie since middle school when the global version of dragon ball z dokkan battle came out and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars in the game because there were frequent sales on the premiums currency and I really wanted to pull the new Gogeta or whatever was new

The opening is such an banger and the visuals are really beautiful, both the backgrounds and the animation (despite how “simple” it is compared to stuff you’d see today). I didn’t expect the first episode to be as heavy as it was with the amount of civilians that die and Amuro killing two people
