Unfortunately hydro is dependent on geography and takes up huge swaths of land as can be seen in Quebec...

That's the Infinitive tho. You want an imperative, preferably directed at a plural recipient which in LatAm Spanish is "ustedes"... Also "liberar" means "release" more in the sense of a prisoner... What you want is "publicar"
