She/her I like overthinking about films and series. Mostly known for talking a lot about Loki's hair. Check out my YT channel for Loki analysis (LOTS of it!). https://t.co/pGBU6IExJV

Just checked my stats for the first time in months... Seems the Loki hair video is destined to remain my one and only hit for all time 😂

Personally I really want BOTH 😄
Yes but Sam was there early so presumably Assad was filming scenes with someone else?
Incredible shot of his face, he looks so fucked up and yet so beautiful 😩
Loving this, he's going to be so good
First look at Damien Atkins as Magnus in all his terrifying glory in the extended teaser for #TheVampireLestat!

Damn, the rockstar look really suits him

They totally did. They're not even pretending to hide that DM is gonna be a thing anymore, at this point 😄
My thoughts went to Marius and some Amadeo stuff, but that could very well be another theory!
Same, girl! Between Assad's amazing hair, the tattered teddy bear metaphor, the blender, and "keep calling me Daddy I like it and he likes it too"... Don't know how I can come back to earth in time for work 😆
They all look great but I can't get over seeing Assad with that hair 🤩

Thanks for ruining my life 😭

anyway, this is not a guy, this a baby deer who made a wish to become human and you cannot convince me otherwise
Well, unless maybe you are watching Wolf Hall, at the moment, no, I don't think there is!

And that's coming from someone who really didn't fall in love with the show immediately. I wasn't even sure I really wanted to continue after S1. Now I retrospectively see it was good, but S2 sold it to me.

It was also one of the reasons why it took me some time to check it out... Not easy to find it in France 😩
I don't agree, I think the adaptation is very faithful in spite of the changes they have made. Any good adaptation makes changes, I think the ones they made allowed them to create something new and interesting, while not betraying the original works. To me, it makes the series even MORE interesting
It is more than IWTV. It's an adaptation of the Vampire Chronicles, not just IWTV. You can see even in S1 and S2 some nods to later books, and the idea of multiple perspectives is at the heart of the storytelling.
Yes, season 2 is on another level, IMO.
You stopped before the best part then
Season 2 is some of the best tv I have ever seen
It is a new and creative take on the story, and adapts several books, not just the first one. It more than justifies its existence. It's the first time they do justice to a character like Armand, in particular... But it has lots of other qualities too.
