The story was about a brave Muslim hero who saved countless from a mad Brit with a knife.

Not a story the offshore billionaires want on the front page of their papers…
Neville Chamberlain had a similar idea... and thankfully history treats his appeasement suitably. Fascists cannot be appeased.

I have long wondered if technical debt was a problem for the Empire, given that they had a succession of four Death Stars.

Although perhaps there was no issue at all: they likely used vader programming, their galaxy’s equivalent to our vibe programming.
Maybe if he equated “Human Resources” with slavery, of which he appears to be quite a fan?

Farage, who was paid £189,000 in January to promote gold bullion in his spare time, is currently wanging on about how out of touch the Labour frontbench is. Ok
And he appears to be passionately committed to public service - rather than the staple self-service of the current administration.
Not at all. As ever the far right takes the crimes we have committed and ascribes them to the relatively small numbers of people coming here to find a better life.
It's a good job the British have never turned up in other people's countries uninvited, stolen the land, enslaved or murdered indigenous people.

If ever there was "mass uncontrolled immigration", my first though would be the plantation years of the British Empire.
Let's be like America and all have guns!

That has turned out so well...

Farage everywhere.
All of them shamelessly honking out their ‘Listen to me!’ garbage, as the country flails around in the unbelievable mess they’ve made.
Nauseating.

I won't be happy till King Charles III is called Charles, the Queen Consort is called Camilla and Buckingham Palace is called The Green Park Paddington Bear Experience.
Amazing the rewards you get in the Royal Family for breaking the law. We haven’t travelled far from the Colonial horrors…

Happy Halloween. Trickle-down economics is nothing more than a cruel hoax designed to enrich corporations and the super-rich. For working people, it's been 40 years of all trick and no treat. Enough.

Can we please not have Farage wriggle out of this one. His denial is not where this should end. He’s up to his grubby neck in dodgy shite. Beyond time our media stopped handing him free passes and started to properly scrutinise him.

Still 8th in line of succession???

A single fact that demonstrates that Monarchy is a wholly outdated way to select a Head of State. A suspected pedophile is still in line to the throne.

The Windsors should be removed.
But he will still be 8th in line to the throne.

Why in a simple fact Monarchy is not a sensible way to select your Head of State?

Get rid of these grifters...
Absolutely this. The Monarchy is a self-preservation society. Not a moral endeavour.

You would have thought after the Duke of York’s crest was burned into the flesh of the enslaved, they would have thought long and hard about having more Duke of Yorks! A moral wasteland.
Far too little. Far too late. They’ve known the facts for years. We have a Head of State incapable of moral leadership, only acting when the Crown is at existential risk. The Monarchy is a lot of what is wrong with modern Britain.
