I really would like to know one day what happened for Trump to completely shift his position on Ukraine. If I were to guess, it's either that Putin personally insulted him, or the extent of Chinese and Iranian support for the Russian war effort.

Poland after all the partitions and occupation is very pro-militaristic if we see any danger (cough RuSSia cough) while Ireland is exporting all the defence problems to UK...

Still can't fathom how comparing a rational response to the Russian security threat to Nazi Germany's rearmament in the 1930s wasn't the end of this. Nicholas Ridley was forced to resign as a *Tory* minister in the *early 90s* after calling the ERM a "German racket designed to take over Europe".

Since they are out of the war already and they suffer no losses, ONLY the rest are the ones who need to surrender.

If you need hypothetical 5% loses of those fighting it is important if those are 5% of 5milion or 5% of 4milion.

1. It misses the point by a few states - if you deplete your white soldier reserve in Virginia and Georgia, you loose the war ASAP as your only industrial center is occupied.

And other examples cited in the table were war of attrition too.

Like Korean war after front stabilise, USA vs CSA, WW1, WW2, etc.
