LOVE vaudeville. Been told I favor Jodie Foster & Marty Feldman. I'm chuffed about the Feldman. she/her

(to be honest, only watched the trailer today, I'm so sorry.. I had no idea it looked that good. But it's Guillermo Del Toro, that alone puts it in my "I have to see this" circle. but WOW that trailer)
Double check every where around you.. KY theatre didn't announce it before it opened. I didn't think it was going to be anywhere near me.
Not on topic, but I didn't think Frankenstein was going to open near me, limited theaters.. I just found out it's at the KY Theatre, so guess who's going to go see that today???

Okay.

It's not wrong on a lot of things..

But HOW DARE THEY call that hair a mullet??

Otherwise, wow, I didn't realize ET, Wrath of Kahn, and Bladerunner came out same summer! We really had a glory age, didn't we?
Who said MacReady had a mullet? That's more of a shag, almost farrah fawcet feathering. Also, you cannot judge ANY hairstyle by Kurt Russell because he has THE MOST GLORIOUS HAIR on the planet.

Oooh, Hellraiser and Nope.. two of my favorites, that I actually don't have.

Take it from us -- an organization that closely studies all the horrific ways people can die from common household items -- have the jelly donut.
I was utterly SHOCKED when I read some of Charles Dickens letters, y'all. And what he tried to do with his wife.. jfc. It really is a separate the work from the author kind of thing (does not apply to anyone living who's actively hurting ppl with their views).

Oh yeah, probably my 2nd fav role as well (Edge of Tomorrow). BUT HELLZ YEAH.. Like, Sam Reid as Lestat changes my brain chemistry. The pettiness, the just off perfect gorgeousness, weird fixations, tone, eye rolls, just *chef's kiss*
Literally using seas 3 as motivation to get to next year.
Thank you for sharing that.. but can I also state.. I LOVED Tom Cruise as Lestat? He really tried very hard to be book Lestat, with everything that implies. Sam Reid is knocking it out of the park, but Cruise was kind of amazing in that.
Just my little opinion.

It will never not be funny that the Pope is a White Sox fan
Someone in the crowd: “Go Cubs!”

Pope Leo XIV: “Han perdido! They lost!”
I was listening to Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire on the way home one day, pulled into my driveway, and the song just stopped. I was like.. oh, okay. I get inside and my adult kid is shrieking because the exercise bike had just suddenly started playing Johnny Cash at full volume. Scared them to death.
I really enjoy when you veer into other storytelling venues, like the Automata pieces and the Lookouts pieces.. But the Daughters of Eyrewood blew me away. I especially love these storylines specifically and it's always a special treat when that pops up. Thank you.
*sobs in arthritic joy* look at this! Look at the allen wrench THIS company sent!! I want to send whoever made this decision a bouquet.
Wow, that birb is a whole vibe. 😍 LOVE IT.
I've had to add it to my top 10. It's also a fantastic concept.
I'm with you. Especially with Dolly, who is a frigging National Treasure, beloved by all.. and any whiff of "We need prayers for Dolly" is going to be met with panic and speculation.

Another #hARToween25 : #ShadowSpirit had a lot of fun with that concept, might make a colourized version of this at some point. Just wish I had made the wallpaper a little more clean 😅
Right? Like I started working here in my late 20s and no it wasn’t big deal.. but now I’m just looking for a gaming place that isn’t filled with so much youth.
And let me be clear about the person who told me they were 25. I've known them since they were in middle school. I literally cannot twig time because 20 years ago was apparently yesterday to me.
