This. I don't think economic utility should be the only lens, but it is certainly a very useful one, since unethical practices are excused with claiming economic reasons, and we need to counter the belief that ethical equals expensive or ineffective.

I think we all agree that the truth is greyer than non-processed good, ultra processed bad.
That said, the author seems to take a pretty binary stand on whether ultra processed foods can be avoided, and the exemplification of a non-ultra processed diet with a woman who churns butter is not helpful.

There is something with this woman that make a certain group of white men absolutely furious - they suddenly acquire the executive function of two year olds who are denied cookies, and start outlining spectacularily cooky conspiracy theories. I can just applaud her.

I am not saying that we should not also bear witness to the Israeli dead: they were also victims of senseless violence.

But the reason many of us have been posting about Gaza is the onesidedness in most media. The Gaza dead are often portrayed as less deserving, responsible for their own deaths.

Jag kanske borde säga att jag är för solidaritet i sig, och hade varit emot utvecklingen även om någon givit just mig en gated community och all sjukvård jag kan tänkas behöva.

Sänkt skatt går in i höjda priser, särskilt där det finns konkurrens (upplevelser, mark, boende).

Hut mycket man än sänker skatten för etniskt svensk välmående medelklass kommer vi inte heller klara oss när det blir verkliga problem, som sjukdom och olyckor - för det krävs ett fungerande samhälle.

Jag tillhör gruppen som det smöras våldsamt för, etniskt svensk välmående medelklass, och jag vill inte ha en spänn mer i sänkt skatt. Jag hade fått nog av jobbskatteavdrag redan på Anders Borgs tid. Jag vill leva i ett samhälle som fungerar och håller ihop. Det minskade skatteuttaget syns överallt.
