y'know, the @newyorker.com should really ask @notquitehydepark.bsky.social to write a giant think piece/ critique of the new tswift album. she's so smart about the tswift industrial complex, fandom, celebrity, etc. she even wrote a book about it! I'd subscribe just for that.

I was outraged that Congress shut down the Corp for Public Broadcasting, but felt the emphasis at the Emmys was in the wrong place. It’s not Television that makes public access so important, it’s the ACCESS. And everyone in that room could have done something about it. thehill.com/homenews/med...
