61. Metro Gravity (2025)
Attempts too much and comes up a rehash of things I've already seen done better (gravity platforming, parry reliant combat, combat tempo, grappling, PSX graphics, protag with an absurdly large ass). Was alright as a whole but I can't say there's any standout aspects to it.
do you remember when WE were kids and WE ALL thought that those dots and dashes were called Mort's Code after their inventor, Mort, and it wasn't years until WE learned different?

Learned that an anonymous outside expert on submersibles did an interview with the OceanGate Titan investigation, and they released a transcript, with all the names redacted. The first line of his first answer? "I'm sure you're familiar with my film Titanic."

60. Easy Delivery Co. (2025)
Love it when a game has such a thick atmosphere at no expense to my graphics card. Gameplay loop was aight despite the structural monotony. Liked the story (more of a situation) but the shopkeeps weren't enough of a presence for me to care about them like it wants me to.
59. Pastel Parade (2025)
Cute and short Rhythm Heaven clone. I haven't played any Rhythm Heaven games so I can't tell if it's normal for some of the mini games to have very ambiguous beat rules, like in the first campfire or space dance games (skill issue?). There's also a story that's pretty empty.
58. Shooty Shooty Robot Invasion (2025)
Very funny, has actual jokes. Beautiful artstyle, lots of incredible character designs that make this a must-play for fans of women. True ending (I didn't see the bad ending) was a bit disappointing. Combat is also rather under-interesting aside from the dash.
it's a confusing tagline that should not be encouraged by song!
can a new yorker explain this to me? she says "concrete jungle where dreams are made of" but then doesn't finish the sentence. what are the dreams made of?
