Just remembered that a couple years ago when I'd out drinking and would get so fucked up I'd struggle to walk I'd just crawl up to a corner, close my eyes, and try and recite in order all the rules for layers to make sure I still remembered them.

The obvious way to use it is trying to cheat something huge and scary, slot it in with your favorite selection of Ultimatums and do your thing, but I think it could also work as a value piece that lets you play some 4ish cmc roleplayer for free multiple times if you got some recursion by the side

They are doing the opposite bit as Elemental Heroes. Instead of having a type (Warrior) in common with multiple attributes, they have one attribute (EARTH) in common with multiple types.

Also, they are gay. They are EHeroes + Crystal Beasts, Judai X Johan. That's the whole bit with the deck.

The actual card Meditate is probably as good as it gets for cards where you are the one doing the meditating, most of my attempts at retreading that ground produced boring cards about doing a whole lot of nothing. This should at least generate some tenser situations
