Volodymyr Zelensky's Oval Office visit ended early when Donald Trump and JD Vance began angrily yelling at him. Here's why women like Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton are too emotional to be president.

This is a bigger scandal than people realize.

It really makes it look as though this entire meeting was a setup by Trump that was planned in advance.

If you watch the video it is clear that they are deliberately and almost derangedly blindsiding Zelenskyy. Now we know who the audience was.

Putin.

Trump is doing a great job of weakening US influence in the world. Treating President Zelensky like he was fodder for a reality tv-show is just the latest in what will be seen as US decline by historians.

No rare minerals for the US. France & the EU need to step up and protect Ukraine and its resources. The Kremlin is planning to loot those minerals alongside Trump & Musk, which they need so they can invade Poland and the Baltics next. That's the bottom line. Trump, Musk and Putin are the enemy.
The Kremlin-linked Donald Trump blackmailed Ukraine (again), threatening to withhold aid unless it provides him and his corporate oligarchs with $500B in rare earth material or equivalent contracts. Hours later he praised Russia. 90% of US Ukraine aid is already reimbursed before delivery. #OpCanary

Encyclopædia Britannica will continue to use ‘Gulf of Mexico’ for a few reasons:

-We serve an international audience, a majority of which is outside the U.S.

-The Gulf of Mexico is an international body of water, and the U.S.’s authority to rename it is ambiguous.

The letter was meant to lend credibility to Kennedy’s nomination, which has faced strenuous opposition from experts due to his decades of anti-vaccine activism.

How much in subsidies do fossil fuels receive? One number from the IMF that's often reported is $7 trillion – or 7% of global GDP!

Most of these subsidies are not direct payments, but estimates of the societal costs of burning fossil fuels.

I think some people hear “grants” and think that without them, scientists and government workers just have less stuff to play with at work. But grants fund salaries for students, academics, researchers, and people who work in all areas of public service.

“Pausing” grants means people don’t eat.
White House pauses all federal grants, sparking confusion
The Trump administration has put a hold on all federal financial grants and loans, affecting tens of billions of dollars in payments.
