Knock it down. Erect a fitting tribute to Trump in its place. A cesspit would be nice. Or a public urinal...
"Reform on course for historic by-election victory! All the polls are with them! Wind in their sails! Turn of the tide! Go, Nige! Oh, hang on. Waddya mean, they lost? They did?! Oh, OK, then. LABOUR FALLS TO HISTORIC LOSS IN WELSH BY-ELECTION!"

The bastards aren't even being subtle about it...
What were the headlines prior to Plaid's Caerphilly win? "Reform on course for historic victory!!" What are they now that Reform was not only defeated, but crushed? "Labour suffers historic loss!!" Which may be true, but where's Reform? Tell me again the UK media isn't pushing the Far Right agenda.
As soon as That Bastard is out of power, override whatever Constitutional authority is keeping these fuckers in office and kick them off the SC. Then roll back every decision they've ever made and have the law revert back to what it was prior to their ruling on it...
Imagine. TalkTV sacking someone for being racist...

What did they sack him for? Not being racist enough? And then lying about it?...

This calm, cool decency is dangerously absent from our discourse at the moment. Almost everyone is embracing, normalising or ignoring the 'cruel bigotry, compulsive violence, and the sadistic persecution which has characterised the philosophy and practice of fascism.'
We need more Bertrands.
Bertrand Russell to Oswald Mosley. Perfection.
"...his plans are ruinous for British politics."

Translation:

😱 "He'll force wealthy scroungers to actually pay their fair share, and level the political playing field so the plebs are best-equipped to face the real problems that beset them on a daily basis! Gladys, get me the smelling salts!"

When the far right invents or exaggerates bad behaviour by their foes - see ‘cancel culture’; threats to free speech; anti-fascist violence; financial corruption; cronyism etc - they do so to preemptively excuse their own far worse & blatant abuses in exactly the same spaces.
'The Daily Mail is a UK 'newspaper'. Be aware it's every bit as Far Right as some of the Fascist filth MeidasTouch is currently dealing with in America. Be aware of that, and take care when using them as a source for any story at all.

I’m keen to understand how we beat fascism without voting against it, anyone?

Seems to me the real power is our votes, together, coordinated, at scale.

That’s the real revolution.

I know that’s a bit boring.

But it’s how Reform will actually be able to DO their fascism.

By mobilising voters.
As others have pointed out: Has the same outlet ever run a recent headline in which they claim to be alarmed by the Far Right takeover of the Tory party? Or the rise of Fascist party Reform UK in the polls? And if not, why not? Enquiring minds, and all that...
Since the 'Conservative leader' shows every sign of being just as racist as this particularly miserable cretin, I fear your efforts will have been in vain. Whatever response you receive will be a mealy-mouthed dismissal of your concerns which falls far, FAR short of condemnation or even refutation.
Won't last long. As soon as Trump's gone, knock it down again. You can still use the area as a monument to Trump, but replace the ballroom with a cesspit or other similar - and entirely appropriate - 'tribute'.
Horrific scenes of Antifa terrorism there.

Er, not... 😉
I also lost a lot of faith after Brexit. And after the same crowd handed Johnson the keys to No. 10. But this RW bubble cannot last forever. Such things never do. So try not to surrender to despondency - that's what the bastards want. Still a lot of questions over Farage's Russian connections...
I think she was genuinely playing devil's advocate, rather than going on the attack for its own sake. There shouldn't be any problem with an honest journalist asking tough questions, so long as they aren't working to an agenda. Polanski acquitted himself well, but the interview was far too short.
He doesn't. And even the polls which say he'll win the next GE (not a certainty by a V-E-E-E-R-R-Y long margin!) say he'll only win it on 30% of the vote. Which means 70% of those polled don't want him. We need to ditch FPTP and replace it with PR as a matter of absolute urgency...

Kill Baby Kill. 1966. Bava at his terrifying best. The murderous ghost of a little girl prowls his triumph of stunning style and resolve over budget. Exquisite.

I'm told it'll be Victoria Derbyshire doing the grilling this week. Good, a proper journalist. I doubt she'll go easy, and that's as it should be for anyone seeking high office. Hold your own against a principled journo asking tough questions, and your forward momentum will be unstoppable...

"weirdo” “ridiculous” - these are the playground taunts when you have no political arguments left to make.

And just like playground bullies, they come from a place of fear. Because they can see us organising and they don’t know how to respond.

Slip o' the tongue, me old china? Surely 'twas James Carreras - an old school bastard whose no-nonsense style was good for business but sadly lacking in humanity - who was responsible for carrying out US orders? Michael was much less confrontational, and this kind of stuff would've appalled him...
For me, nothing arguable about this being the best thing Hammer ever did, showcasing Cushing and Fisher's best work at the company. Tim Lucas once said that by this point in his career, Fisher's set-pieces rivaled Hitchcock. He wasn't wrong. Absolutely superb stuff.

Hammers fifth and arguably finest crack at creation. Superbly crafted grim gothic nihilism strikingly shot with the fantastic Cushing in cruel mode. 1969.
