The water in Whelm is only complete with the help of my other shaders.

There's probably a lesson in there about collaboration, but I just really like stylised water.

Been 10 months from when I last was working on something and nice to be on something again even though am already half way into my time on it but hay maybe this year ill get my act together and get more small pockets of work on indie stuff.
Here is a look at my first track I got to do the environment art for when working on Stampede: Racing Royale.

For this one I was given a track layout from design and worked ideas with at brilliant concept art to work out a kind of fort layout as a focal point.

Previously holding the dive trigger would just reduce drag. Now the penguin aligns to his velocity. Feels a lot better.

And yes you can get some insane air if you time jumps right on the "half-pipes".

Scaled up the turtle shaped island and extended the bridge. Since I upgraded the character controller, it's a lot easier to cover these distances quickly. As long as the bridges aren't flat.
