I’m getting on a plane for the first time in about a year, and there’s a guy in line wearing a particulate respirator mask—the kind with the screw-in filters on the side. But he also has a scruffy little beard, which means his mask isn’t really sealing to his skin. America: So Close™️

My latest: AI is all over college classrooms, for good or ill, but what about admin offices? It’s making inroads there, too, though what effects it will have remain to be seen.
