I'm not quite sure if I'm more annoyed by the prospect of trying to have Sunday roast for five people with this single carrot, or the incorrect grammar...

But there's only one carrot

I feel I deserve the Nobel Peace Prize for the judicious use of a small syringe of saline with a red sticker, rather than a full on rant when the surgeon asks for muscle relaxation just before the end of the case.

I find it unfair that I was yet again not awarded the Nobel Peace Prize this year.

Nearly 12 years in the NHS and I have not sworn at any of the people who really needed it over that time.

I am in the very weird position of having this accusation levelled at me despite the fact I'm actively developing this kind of tech myself!
(I just focus on the things LLMs are *actually* good at rather than the hype, and privacy preservation!)

I'd really giggle if they gave it to Biden for producing the peace plan he's rebadged...

You may be disappointed to learn that this one just made it up entirely...

I tried one with a code interpreter and it did run a bit of Python (though upset me by including fractional people in the output)

I'm surprised they've not gone for healthcare workers, given how many people have been off with it lately!

If they hadn't been so suspiciously cheap I might not have noticed either!
I remember at school suggesting that we should take advantage of people's unfamiliarity with sciency words by selling what I was going to call the "FemtoDrive"

Instead of screening, we should use an AI to determine the people most at risk and send them for invasive biopsies...

I have a 0.6B on my phone, which isn't great but is coherent - and my "workhorse" is a 14B which outperforms models an order of magnitude larger from not that long ago.

Honestly I'm campaigning for this in the UK too! It feels like the big private models (some of which may have over a trillion parameters) are pretty asymptotic in improvement, but the small ones are where the real improvement is still going on.
