Thought I like *hurt hurt* my back but turns out I either pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle so the whole SI joint area went "nope, we're having none of that" and thank the heavens it's calming down - I guess I have to get back in the gym consistently in the new year...

I have become allergic to my contact lenses (didn't even know that was a thing!) so excuse me while I have a little private tantrum about having to wear my glasses FT for the next 3 weeks and potentially have to switch contact types to the expensive dailies 😭

i was making up the guest room for a friend who’s crashing with us tn and i got the fitted sheet on the bed perfectly in one try. didn’t even have to like examine it to align it properly or anything. the lesson here, of course, is never think about anything before you do it

I just ✨love✨ when the recycling/trash folks hit the wrong button on the truck's compactor so a glass bottle falls out & breaks at the foot of my driveway, and leaves it for me to clean up. This is the quality public service I pay taxes for!
