May 2018 from the Pont des Arts around 3:30 a.m. I never saw a kid in a cage anywhere in Paris or in the whole 3 months I roamed through 14 cities in Europe & N. Africa. You have no conception how violent, cacaphonous, & awful the US feels until you leave it for a while & are able to breathe again.
