My windshield having this big ass crack is a metaphor for life. Started off with one small little nick I ignored. Then there was another about 5 inches from it. Now it’s a big ole crack connected by the two original nicks, and I HAVE to disrupt everything and handle it today.

No matter what price someone puts up about an apt in Boston or NY, there’s gonna be someone explaining how $5000 for a 2 bedroom less than 1000 sq ft apartment is a steal.

We found: the wealthiest 100 Americans gave $1.1 billion to influence the 2024 elections — 140x more than they did in 2000. And almost all of that giving boosted Republicans.

I knew people silently agreed with stuff. I knew people did things they publicly say are wrong, privately all the time.
