I had this happen before when I leaned my arm on my car and it had pollen on it. It made it all red and stingy and bumpy. The funny thing is I ironically don't react to poison ivy/oak. The human body is crazy

It's either a type of grass or weed, or tree pollen. My dad is allergic to those things so I assume I am too and my uncle mowed the other day so there was grass flown all over the area. My hand hurt just from brushing off the chair before I sat in it but I didn't feel until after I sat down 😫

I’m so tired of EVERYTHING feeling like it’s just trying to take my money without caring about providing a product worth giving money for. It feels like every corporation is just holding out an empty hand and expecting us to just put money into it without giving anything back.

the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much.

you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.
