"Oka there's a option in layer property..." I know, I don't like to use it.
I just showing another way to do it. There a people who know about it and still doing manually.
And I like to play with my outlines not only leave it in a solid color. If you have another way, share it!

I don't use it because the outline doesn't look always clean and all depends on the brush I use. I don't if there a way to fix it.

It looks like you are using Clip Studio. If so, there is a simpler way of doing this by using Layer Properties: help.clip-studio.com/en-us/manual...

Just 1) select the layer 2) open up the layer properties window 3) press the border button 4) set color and stroke size and you are done.
