The Rhein-Haard-Express [RE2] has seen a drop in performance from the mid 80% to less than 40%... It's a very depressing sign of things in NRW.
Ich hab mal die Pünktlichkeit der wichtigsten Regional-Express-Linien in Nordrhein-Westfalen aus dem SPNV-Qualitätsmonitor gezogen und über die Jahre dargestellt. Schwellenwert ist in NRW übrigens 3:59 Minuten, ab wann ein Zug als unpünktlich gilt.

Dutch raise petrol prices by 5.6c per litre and diesel by 3.6c per litre so to fund public transport. This will avoid service reductions & fare increases
Da schaut man neidisch auf die Niederlande: Kraftstoffsteuer wird etwas teuer (5,6 ct/l bei Benzin, 3,6 ct/l bei Diesel), durch die Mehreinnahmen sollen Angebotskürzungen und Fahrpreiserhöhungen im ÖPNV verhindert werden 🥲
Dat het OV draconische bezuinigingen bespaard blijft, is echt heel erg goed nieuws!
